I learned this recipe from Ilayda's mom Nazan. She served it with her delicious Köfte, and since then I've been hooked. The sauce is primarily yogurt based. It's simple, but perfect as a sauce for plenty of different dishes.
Ingredients:

2 cups plain greek yogurt

1 tsp kosher salt

1/4 cup english cucumber, grated.

1 1/2 tbsp chopped dill

2 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 1/2 tbsp chopped mint

Instructions:
1. Finely chop the mint and dill.
2. Grate the cucumber.
3. Combine all the ingredients, mix thoroughly, and Enjoy!
